Common questions
Mementa installs from the Microsoft Store. Open the listing and choose Install. Because it's a verified Store app there's no setup file to run and no security warning to click through, and updates arrive automatically. Full requirements are in the FAQ.
Your notebooks and library live locally on your device, not in the cloud. See Privacy for details.
Books are printed on demand and shipped to you: hardcover or softcover, matte or gloss cover finish, in eight trim sizes, with pages always printed in premium color. Questions about a print order, shipping, or a refund? Email us with your order details and we'll sort it out.
Mementa works with PDFs, comics (CBZ and CBR), EPUB ebooks, images, and portable notebook packages, and exports to PDF, PNG, JPG, CBZ, and EPUB. More in the FAQ.
